Pricing

Travel prices are not fixed. Every offer is priced live from the airline, hotel or operator when you search, and can change until you confirm. This page explains what is in that number and what AirBooking itself charges.

What is in the price

The total on the offer is the total we charge. It is made up of the supplier's fare or rate; taxes, airport charges and fuel surcharges added by the supplier or a government; AirBooking's service fee where one applies; and GST on our fee for bookings billed in India, or VAT in the UAE where it applies. Nothing is added at checkout that was not in the offer total.

Currency

Bookings billed in India are priced and charged in Indian rupees. All other bookings are priced and charged in the currency shown on the offer and at checkout. The currency code (INR, AED, USD) appears next to every price, not just a symbol. If your card is in a different currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a conversion fee.

What AirBooking charges

Booking service fee: [AMOUNT or NONE], shown on the offer before you pay.

Change or cancellation service fee: [AMOUNT or NONE] per change or cancellation, on top of whatever the supplier charges. See Cancellations and refunds.

No extra charge for paying by card or by any method offered at checkout. No subscription. No fee for searching or asking questions.

If you book through your employer, travel agency or travel management company, fees are whatever its agreement with us says. You may see no service fee, or no checkout at all, because your organisation is billed separately.

How options are ordered

The order in which flights, stays and activities appear is set by automated rules weighing price, timing, your preferences and, for organisation bookings, the travel policy. No supplier pays to appear higher.

Price changes and mistakes

Airfares in particular move with availability. If a price changes between the offer and your confirmation, we tell you and ask again before charging. If a price is obviously wrong because of a system or supplier error, we may cancel the booking; we tell you promptly and refund in full.

Promotions

Discount codes and promotions carry the conditions shown with them. They cannot be combined unless we say so and have no cash value.

Invoices

Every booking gets an invoice from the company you contracted with: AIRBOOKING TRAVEL AND TOURS PRIVATE LIMITED for bookings billed in India, AirBooking Technology LLC for all others. Invoices are emailed with your confirmation and kept in the app under your trips.
